Acquisition Reversals: Returns & Cancellations Policy

Digital assets move at the speed of the blockchain. When you pull the trigger on a premium upgrade or an engagement campaign, our automated delivery systems initiate the routing process almost instantly. Because these assets are intangible and delivered via encrypted protocols, we handle returns and cancellations with surgical precision to ensure the system remains fair and unexploited.

We don’t believe in hiding behind fine print. Here is exactly how we handle refunds, mistakes, and service guarantees.

1. The “Point of No Return” Protocol

Due to the nature of digital products—specifically account upgrades, software keys, and social engagement—once the asset is successfully provisioned and delivered to your designated URL or account, the acquisition is final.

  • Why? Once a 12-month Canva upgrade or a batch of followers is attached to your account, it cannot be “returned” to our inventory for resale. It is officially yours.

2. When We Issue Instant Refunds

We stand by our delivery architecture. We will issue a 100% refund in the following scenarios:

  • Failure to Deliver: If our system fails to provision your asset within 48 hours of payment confirmation (and it isn’t due to an error on your end), we will return your capital immediately.
  • Out-of-Stock Errors: If you purchase an asset that has just gone out of stock due to a sync delay, you will be offered a choice: wait for the restock or receive an instant refund.
  • Incorrect Provisioning: If you ordered a Netflix 4K upgrade and received a Basic tier instead, we will fix it immediately or refund you if we can’t match the order.

3. Order Cancellations

If you realize you made a mistake (like ordering for the wrong account handle), you must reach out to our 24/7 Human Live Support immediately.

  • If our automated system has not yet initiated the delivery sequence, we can cancel the order and credit your Payodia balance or refund the transaction.
  • If the delivery sequence has already started, we cannot stop the process, and the acquisition stands.

4. User Error & Accountability

We provide the infrastructure; you provide the target. Payodia is not responsible for, and will not refund, acquisitions lost due to:

  • Incorrect Links/Handles: Providing the wrong social media URL or a misspelled email address.
  • Private Accounts: Purchasing followers or members for an account that is set to “Private” (the delivery will fail, but the credits are consumed by the nodes).
  • Account Bans: If you violate a platform’s Terms of Service (like YouTube or Instagram) and your account is flagged or banned after our successful delivery, we cannot offer a refund.

5. The Retention Warranty (Refill Policy)

For engagement assets (Followers, Members, Subscribers), we provide a 30-Day Retention Warranty.

  • Social media algorithms occasionally “purge” accounts. If you see a drop in your numbers within the first 30 days, contact us. We will trigger a free refill to restore your counts to the purchased level.

6. How to Request a Reversal

Don’t talk to a bot. If you have an issue, open a ticket through our dashboard or contact our live support. Include your Order ID and the transaction hash. A human being will review your case and resolve it within 24 hours.
